Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of Revolytics API during its private beta. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Last updated: 20/05/2026 · Version: beta-v0.1

Beta access

Revolytics API is currently provided as a limited beta service. Access is restricted to selected users using approved beta access codes. Beta access may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.

Beta service disclaimer

The service is provided for testing and evaluation purposes. Features may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, interrupted, changed, or removed without notice. Users acknowledge that beta outputs may contain errors and should be independently reviewed before use.

Use of service

Users may access Revolytics API only for lawful PV module assessment, reporting, and related operational workflows. Misuse, interference, unauthorised access, reverse engineering, scraping, or attempts to disrupt the service are prohibited.

User accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining account security, keeping login details confidential, and ensuring account information remains accurate. Users must notify Revolytics API promptly of any suspected unauthorised access.

Uploaded data

Users remain responsible for the measurement data, files, images, reports, and related information uploaded to the service. By uploading data, users grant Revolytics API permission to process that data for the purpose of providing the service.

Reports and sharing

Reports may be configured for private, public, or password-protected access. Users are responsible for selecting appropriate sharing settings and for ensuring that shared reports do not disclose confidential, sensitive, or unauthorised information.

Assessment outputs

Revolytics API assessment outputs are intended to support analysis workflows only. They do not constitute engineering certification, safety approval, regulatory compliance advice, financial advice, or professional consulting. Users remain responsible for validating outputs before making operational, maintenance, financial, safety, or investment decisions.

Payments and credits

Subscription fees, included credits, and top-up credits are placeholders during beta. Final pricing, payment terms, refund terms, and credit expiry rules must be confirmed before production launch.

Availability

Revolytics API does not guarantee uninterrupted availability during beta. Maintenance, outages, data loss, performance issues, or service interruptions may occur.

Feedback

Users may provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the service. Revolytics API may use this feedback to improve the service without restriction or compensation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revolytics API is provided “as is” and “as available”. Revolytics API is not liable for losses arising from beta bugs, service interruptions, data loss, inaccurate outputs, unauthorised sharing, or reliance on assessment results.

Termination

Revolytics API may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, including where a user breaches these terms, misuses the service, or where beta access is no longer available.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms are made available indicates acceptance of those updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Users agree to submit to the courts of that jurisdiction for disputes relating to these terms or the service.
